The Hollow Hotel an immersive interactive psychological horror that draws inspiration from the historical events surrounding America's first and most terrifying serial killer - H.H.Holmes - the man whose preferred instrument of murder was a hotel.

Accessibility

The hotel is located three floors above ground level. Regrettably, there is no lift or mobility aid to increase accessibility. We hate to disappoint, but the hotel is not suited to people with mobility issues.

Location

Tube: Bermondsey tube station is located a brief seven minute walk from the hotel and has excellent links to central London thanks to the Queen's own Jubilee Line.
Entering the Hotel: While The Hollow Hotel is still undergoing refurbishment on the lower floors, we kindly ask patrons to enter the building by following the signs into the site and then buzzing through to our friendly staff on Reception.

Please note this production has an 18+ age restriction as the show contains elements that may be considered distressing.
Please note there is nowhere to leave any belongings and so we ask you not to bring any bags with you as we cannot be responsible for your valuables.
This production involves physical activity and requires suitable footwear and clothing.
Anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs or considered inebriated will not be granted access to the show.
We reserve the right to refuse access for any reason.

Tickets & Refunds

Tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
Should a performance be cancelled, ticket holders will be offered the option of alternative performance dates or a refund, otherwise all tickets are sold on the understanding that no money in respect of unused tickets will be reimbursed.
